We are looking for a Workday Client Project Manager who is passionate about working in a collaborative environment and has the ambition to be a driver for success.
Requirements (What We’re Looking For):
2+ years’ experience project managing Workday HCM implementation/s for medium or large enterprise organization/s (Required)
Proven experience as a Project Manager on at least two (2) full lifecycle Workday implementations (from initiation to post-go-live/stabilization) (Required)
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint programs (Required)
Workday Project Management certification from a Workday Services Partner Firm (Preferred)
Excellent organization, time management, business development and communication skills
Consulting experience either as an internal Workday consultant or with a consulting/software company (Preferred)
Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):
Manage the implementation of Workday projects and initiatives on behalf of the client in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrate competency in the Workday HCM, Financials or Payroll product suite
Partner with the client and client team members to ensure projects are properly staffed and delivered
Participate in the sales cycle including but not limited to gathering requirements and helping with SOWs
Ensure company compliance with client contracts and successfully execute the Statement of Work
Act as the clients project manager to identify/resolve all issues that could impact project scope and/or time frames
Assigning and managing completion of Customer project responsibilities, including project deliverables, activities, and testing responsibilities
Lead clients through hypercare and transition to TopBloc’s Postproduction services team (if applicable)
Establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with little to no supervision
Advise clients on Workday best practices

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

The hiring base pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At TopBloc, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range salary is $110,000- $160,000.
