About the VP Growth Marketing Opportunity:

We’re hiring a Vice President of Growth Marketing to lead our marketing efforts with a clear focus on lead generation and adoption in school districts. This is a senior role responsible for driving qualified pipeline, building awareness, and helping us reach more educators and students nationwide.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy with lead generation at its core
  • Launch campaigns that drive interest, urgency, and demand among district leaders
  • Create messaging and content tailored to the K-12 audience across digital and field channels
  • Own top-of-funnel metrics, including lead volume, quality, and conversion
  • Partner closely with sales to align on ICP, pipeline health, and growth goals
  • Lead brand strategy, thought leadership, and storytelling that reflect our mission
  • Set and track KPIs around CAC, funnel performance, and campaign ROI
  • Manage a small, agile team of marketers

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience marketing to school districts before and understanding of the K-12 decision-making process
  • Proven success in building and optimizing lead generation programs for education companies
  • Strong grasp of digital channels, campaign testing, content strategy, and marketing automation
  • A knowledge of how to market in cycles, navigating budgets, funding timelines, and seasonal buying patterns
  • Comfort with owning goals and delivering measurable results
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with sales and product teams
  • A self-starter who leads with curiosity, creativity, and data
  • Passion for equity in education and a belief in the power of literacy
