What You'll Do:

CoreWeave is The Essential Cloud for AI™. Built for pioneers by pioneers, we deliver a world-class cloud platform of cutting-edge services powering the next wave of artificial intelligence. Trusted by leading AI labs, startups, and global enterprises, CoreWeave combines superior infrastructure performance with deep technical expertise to accelerate breakthroughs and turn compute into capability.

As we scale our partner ecosystem and jointly build go-to-market motions with strategic alliances, we are seeking a high-impact leader to take ownership of Partner Integrations, technical, commercial and strategic.

About The Role:

As VP, Partner Integration, you will be the senior leader responsible for the technical integration framework, joint solution development, and go-to-market acceleration across our strategic partner and customer ecosystem. You will partner closely with engineering, product, sales, marketing, and alliance teams to deliver integrated solutions that drive revenue growth, expand market reach, and deepen our platform’s adoption.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Define and lead the end-to-end partner integration lifecycle: architecture, design, build, test, launch and scale of joint solutions with partners and key customers.
  • Develop and maintain a scalable integration framework (APIs, SDKs, connectors, reference architectures, partner templates) that enables repeatability and speed-to-market.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to prioritize and deliver partner-facing features, co-developed capabilities, and roadmap alignment.
  • Drive the creation of joint go-to-market motions: identify partner segments and use-cases, craft sales plays, marketing campaigns, joint business plans, enablement programs, and success metrics.
  • Act as the technical-commercial bridge between partner engineering teams, internal stakeholders, and joint customers; driving consensus, managing dependencies, mitigating risk, and ensuring timely execution.
  • Own partner integration performance: define KPIs (time-to-live, number of integrations, revenue attribution, pipeline generated, partner-sourced wins), monitor and report on outcomes, and iterate to improve.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of integration engineers, partner solution architects, and program managers, establishing best practices, standards, tools, and documentation.
  • Represent CoreWeave at partner-industry events, internal leadership forums and cross-functional committees; evangelize our partner-integration value proposition externally and internally.
  • Ensure that joint solutions deliver exceptional customer outcomes—driving adoption, referenceability, and expansion opportunities.

Who You Are:

  • 10+ years of experience in partner integration, alliances, or strategic technology partnerships; preferably with direct responsibility for building joint solutions and go-to-market motions within a cloud, SaaS, or infrastructure business.
  • Demonstrated technical fluency: ability to engage with engineering teams on architecture, integration patterns, APIs, data flows, system dependencies and cloud/infrastructure constructs.
  • Proven commercial mindset: you’re comfortable building business plans, creating GTM strategies, crafting sales plays, driving pipeline and revenue through partner-led motions.
  • Success building and scaling a partner integration function from scratch or during hyper-growth; understands process, tooling, governance, change-management.
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator: you work comfortably with product, engineering, sales, marketing, customer success and partner stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication skills: you translate technical details into business value, influence senior leaders and external partners, create clarity in ambiguity.
  • Comfort thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic, high-growth environment where ambiguity is normal and speed matters.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science (or technical experience equivalent) preferred; MBA or advanced degree a plus

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
