As a User Acquisition Analyst, you’ll be the engine behind our UA team’s decision-making by  building analytics workflows, uncovering insights, and solving challenges around attribution and spend optimization. Your work will directly shape how we invest in marketing, how we measure success, and ultimately how we drive profitable growth.

About the role
  • Build and maintain analytics workflows to measure and optimize user acquisition performance
  • Partner with the UA team to analyze marketing channel performance, creative performance, funnel optimization, and identify opportunities to scale
  • Partner with BI and the UA team on regular competitor analysis and SOV tracking to inform media plans
  • Provide actionable insights into campaign attribution, spend allocation, and ROI optimization
  • Monitor and report on key growth metrics, including CAC, CPI, LTV, ROAS, and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Finance, Product, and Data) to align on growth strategies
  • Evaluate and improve marketing attribution models and data accuracy across platforms
  • Create and deliver clear, compelling data visualizations and presentations to influence decision-making
Who you are
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in growth marketing, user acquisition, or marketing analytics
  • Strong analytical chops with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
  • Comfortable working with digital ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, etc.) and attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular, etc.)
  • Deep understanding of growth and performance metrics (CAC, CPI, LTV, ROAS, retention)
  • Strong communicator who can influence stakeholders with data-driven insights
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities move quickly
Even better if you have
  • Experience in mobile gaming, sports, or other highly technical industries
  • Prior work with competitor insights platforms (SensorTower, AppTweak) to contextualize performance
  • Knowledge of incrementality testing and advanced experiment design
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities


Our target starting base salary range for this position is between $75,000 and $85,000, plus target equity. The starting base salary will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s skills and experience, among other things.
