Demonstrating extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader with knowledge of Quality Engineering and extensive knowledge in correct planning, executing, monitoring and test reporting for multiple projects including:
- Architecting test data management solutions focusing on enhanced data provisioning capabilities, data integration and devising proven TDM processes;
- Showing proven technical abilities in their field, focused on the technical aspects of TDM architecture, test data provisioning and maintenance;
- Working with other stakeholders e.g. (Test Managers, Infrastructure, Release managers, DBAs, Risk & Security teams, Application Owners);
- Having knowledge of Enterprise TDM Assessment, Strategy development and E2E data flow analysis;
- Understanding of Data Modeling, Analyses & Data Discovery;
- Exhibiting proving aptitude of business rule identification, PII analysis/Masking/Sub-Setting process definition;
- Presenting demonstrated specialization in Databases, Data Warehouses, Business Processes and related data flows and systems integrations knowledge;
- Possessing TDM development and experience architecting solutions using Industry standard TDM tools e.g. (Broadcom TDM, Delphix, IBM Optim, GenRocket);
- Demonstrating knowledge of project management concepts;
- Displaying interpersonal skills with proven verbal and written communication skills;
- Being skilled in decision-making and leadership abilities;
- Exemplifying organizational and problem-solving abilities;
- Providing data analysis with the ability to write SQL statements including XML/JSON parsing;
- Assisting multiple Applications including identifying data elements for masking in Applications, Data Reset and Update Process, develop TDM synthetic framework;
- Understanding of Production Database replication (Data Masking and Refresh);
- Operating with insight of Integration with Service Virtualization, test automation tools for accelerated delivery;
- Leveraging interpretation of API based data generation (e.g. continuous testing, data through automation scripts);
- Developing and executing long-term Enterprise Test Data Management Strategy;
- Having knowledge of setting up test data management processes to implement across the testing projects;
- Enabling Self Service capability for testing teams to provision test data;
- Demonstrating knowledge of Cloud environments (AWS or Azure or Google Cloud Platform), and;
- Specializing in integrating TDM Solutions into DevOps pipeline.

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $219,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
