Key Responsibilities Candidate and Interview Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate all phases of the university recruiting process, including on-campus interviews, virtual interviews, and final round interviews.
- Manage all candidate communication for interview logistics, ensuring timely and professional follow-up.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information and interview statuses.
- Coordinate logistics for all on-campus and virtual recruiting events, including career fairs, info sessions, workshops, major conferences, and student group meetings.
- Research and book venue reservations, catering, and materials shipping for recruiting events.
- Manage swag orders and inventory for the global team, and partner with internal marketing teams to come up with new swag ideas.
- Prepare recruiting marketing materials, including presentations, giveaways, and event signage.
- Serve as a company representative at campus events as needed, building relationships with students and university career services staff.
- Assist in the planning and execution of intern and full-time new graduate programs (e.g., orientation, housing, social events, performance reviews).
- Support the University Recruiting team with ad-hoc projects and initiatives to enhance the overall campus strategy.
- Help track key recruiting metrics and help prepare post-event reports and analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications) or equivalent practical experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in a coordinator role, preferably within recruiting, HR, or event planning. Experience specifically in university/campus recruiting is a strong plus.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Taleo) and/or Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- Ability to travel locally up to 25% during peak recruiting seasons.
- Available and able to go into the Austin office 2-3x per week.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- A team player who is collaborative and willing to jump in where needed.
- Customer service oriented with a genuine passion for creating positive candidate experiences.
