GoGuardian is hiring a Technical Project Manager, Scrum Master to work closely with engineering and other cross functional teams in delivering solutions using Agile Scrum and Kanban methodologies. This highly visible position will be an integral member of the team in refining, prioritizing and communicating solutions leveraging industry leading cloud, predictive analytics, machine learning, technologies in high transaction volume environments. Your leadership, communication and coaching skills will instrumental in defining Agile process and building strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.

What you'll do:

• Use Agile, Scrum for delivery of GoGuardian products.
• Use Agile methodology and Kanban for support and operational tasks.
• Coach team members on Scrum and Kanban methodology.
• Own Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint reviews, sprint retrospective, and daily stand-ups.
• Manage burn down and burn ups.
• Assist team with development of story points, estimating and accepting stories.
• Assist product owners with writing stories and grooming backlog.
• Recommend tools and technologies that will assist product teams.

What you'll need:

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience managing Scrum teams in product delivery.
• Scrum Certification with a minimum of 2 years experience managing Scrum and Kanban using Jira.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent and/or related experience.
• Strong understanding and application of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology, including requirements definition, UI/UX design, client creative feedback, design, development and deployment for all projects.
• Ability to work independently and quickly adapt to changes in priorities.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and MS Project.

It's a bonus if:

• PMI Certification
• Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure
• Experience with SOA
