We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of blockchain technology and a strong background in managing product lifecycles from ideation to launch. The Product Manager will play a key role in driving the development and delivery of our products and services, while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and articulate product vision and strategy in alignment with company goals
  • Create and manage product roadmap, design and API integration
  • Write technical documentation and technical requirements for engineers
  • Align goals and roadmaps between engineering, business and management teams
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product requirements 
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure product performance, identify areas for improvement and make informed decisions

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of of product management experience, with strong focus on blockchain technology  
  • Experience writing technical requirements for engineering 
  • Experience working with startups and/or fast growing companies
  • Deep knowledge of or professional experience with cryptocurrencies, blockchain systems, DeFi trading, mining, mempool services, smart contracts, AMM, DEX, Intents, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts
