As a Technical Product Manager, you will:
- Drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Time & Attendance product portfolio.
- Lead the execution of the roadmap and release objectives.
- Manage product lifecycle processes including product discovery, planning, and launch.
- Work with customers to promote the product, understand customer needs, and drive adoption.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand, prioritize, and communicate needs to ensure a full understanding of roadmap themes and requirements.
- Work with Engineering leaders to direct high-performance teams and ensure the success of product delivery.
- Work closely with product marketing to define and implement a Go-To-Market strategy
- Other duties include scheduling and leading portfolio meetings to identify and prioritize product issues, manage product roadmaps, and complete daily tasks to meet project deadlines.
Requirements
- 5+ years of related product management experience at a technology company.
- Experience interpreting customer’s business needs and translating them into application requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, or related field.
- Must be able to demonstrate strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Strong understanding of technical designs, architecture, and technical specifications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills at both strategic and tactical levels.
- Team player: the ability to interface and build relationships at all levels (vertically and horizontally across functions).
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Agile & Scrum process experience.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
