ConductorOne is the first AI-native identity security platform that protects every identity: human, non-human, and AI. With powerful automation, platform-level AI, and out-of-the-box connectors, it centralizes access visibility, enforces fine-grained controls, enables just-in-time access, and automates user access reviews across all apps. It’s easy to use, quick to deploy, and trusted by enterprises like DigitalOcean, Instacart, Ramp, and Zscaler.

As a Technical Product Manager at ConductorOne, you’ll own the roadmap and delivery of our growing ecosystem of connectors — the integrations that power access governance and automation across hundreds of SaaS and on-premise systems. You’ll ensure each connector project is well-defined, prioritized, and executed smoothly, partnering closely with Engineering, Business Development, and Documentation to keep the pipeline moving and quality high.

You’ll balance technical depth with coordination: defining clear specifications, managing timelines, validating product deliveries, and communicating progress to stakeholders across the company. Your work will make it possible for ConductorOne to scale integrations rapidly while maintaining reliability, consistency, and strong customer and partner alignment.

What you’ll do:
  • Define and maintain clear specifications for new connectors, ensuring requirements, scope, and acceptance criteria are well-understood.

  • Coordinate with Partnerships to secure test accounts, environments, and partner access for new connector development.

  • Build and manage the connector backlog — prioritizing work based on business impact, customer demand, and partner commitments.

  • Collaborate with Engineering to plan and sequence connector projects, ensuring timelines are reasonable, achievable, and met.

  • Liaise with the Documentation team to ensure all required connector docs, guides, and references are completed on schedule.

  • Communicate updates on completed, in-progress, and upcoming connectors to internal stakeholders and customer-facing teams.

  • Perform acceptance testing to validate functionality and ensure new connectors meet ConductorOne’s quality standards.

  • Engage with the Business Development team to coordinate joint initiatives, partner launch activities, and third-party collaboration.

  • Continuously improve processes for how ConductorOne defines, builds, and ships connectors at scale.

You would be an excellent candidate if…
  • You have strong product management instincts and thrive in highly technical domains.

  • You have experience defining and delivering integration-heavy or API-based products.

  • You’re comfortable working with engineers on detailed specifications and acceptance testing.

  • You’re highly organized and excel at managing multiple parallel projects with clarity and accountability.

  • You communicate clearly and can keep cross-functional stakeholders aligned and informed.

  • You enjoy transforming ambiguous technical requirements into clear, prioritized execution plans.

  • You embody ConductorOne’s values: Earn the Customer’s Trust, Embrace Change, Practice Compassionate Candor, and Be the Conductor.

Extra Credit if…
  • You’ve managed connector or integration programs at a SaaS or developer-platform company.

  • You have experience with enterprise systems such as Workday, SAP, ADP, or PeopleSoft.

  • You have familiarity with API design, OAuth, or common identity standards (SCIM, SAML).

  • You’ve worked with technical documentation teams or contributed to developer docs.

  • You’ve collaborated closely with partnerships or business development teams on joint launches.

  • You’ve supported or managed a product area with high external dependencies and complex delivery coordination.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
