They are seeking a high-performance Talent Acquisition Manager to help scale hiring across a dynamic and fast-growing portfolio of companies. This is not a traditional HR role — they are looking for a driven, results-oriented recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to identify, attract, and close top talent.

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a critical role in building high-performing teams across multiple business units, shaping our clients' teams and driving their growth. You will own the end-to-end recruiting life cycle, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and partner closely with leadership to align hiring with business goals. Your impact will be felt across the organization as you ensure a seamless candidate experience and deliver measurable recruiting outcomes. The ideal candidate is proactive, competitive, and operates with a strong sense of urgency.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Own full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies across multiple channels
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring goals and priorities
  • Drive a high-quality candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance
  • Manage recruiting metrics, pipeline activity, and conversion performance
  • Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and guide hiring decisions
  • Negotiate offers and close candidates effectively
  • Support onboarding and ensure a smooth transition for new hires

RequirementsRequired Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in agency or in-house environments
  • Proven experience sourcing candidates and closing offers in a competitive talent market
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding hiring goals and targets
  • Experience recruiting across multiple functions within real estate investing organizations, including acquisitions reps, inside sales/ISA, dispositions, and admin/ops
  • Hands-on experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools to identify and engage candidates
  • Experience recruiting for sales roles
  • Experience recruiting in high-growth company environments
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Agency recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting in the real estate industry
