Role & Responsibilities:

The Talent Acquisition Manager leads full-cycle recruitment to support the significant growth of the Patsnap, including sourcing, screening, offering and pre on-boarding.

-Develop and execute plans for effective and successful talent sourcing, including direct sourcing, research, networking and other creative channels

-Facilitate effective passive and active talent pipelining through sourcing strategies, workforce diversity initiatives, industry and competitor analysis, interactive marketing plans, and networking opportunities.

-Identify and demonstrate an understanding of The Patsnap Company, the competitive advantage and employment value proposition that results in effective hiring

-Promote Patsnap employer branding both internally and externally

-Effectively utilize recruitment tools, technology, process efficiencies, and applicant pool management systems

-Manage candidate relationships and talent pipelines for future hard-to-fill talent acquisition needs

-Build effective relationships with clients and partners, requiring strong proactive communication, the ability to manage disagreements appropriately, and a strong service orientation

-Provide exceptional service

Requirements

-5 years experience in a full-cycle recruiting and sourcing environment, preferably from IT industry

-Strong direct sourcing capability, recruiting agency experience is a plus

-Good knowledge of various recruiting channels, especially for sales & marketing talents

-Familiar with recruitment procedure and process

-Proactive and result oriented driver with strong skills for collaborative ways of working

-Great business sense and willing to take challenges, can-do attitude
