$150,000 - $185,000 per year + bonus

Summary:
The SVP, Business Development, will work in a team environment and perform a wide variety of duties to increase the number of financial institutions that partner with Osaic Institutions. This role is responsible for establishing new financial institution relationships and serves as the primary point of contact for adding new financial institutions. The ideal candidate will coordinate multiple departments to highlight Osaic Institutions’ services and capabilities and work in conjunction with all departments across Osaic.
Responsibilities:
Leverages referral network and cold calls to obtain appointments with prospective clients
Travel to meet with prospective clients to tell the Infinex story and learn about prospects.
Co-ordinates prospects on-site due diligence visits.
Co-ordinates answering and delivery of RFP’s.
Works with SVP Business Development to deliver proposals.
Works with SVP Business Development to negotiate contracts and close business.
Stay abreast of changes in the industry and/or competitor information.
Performs any functions necessary, within scope of authority and expertise, to provide the highest level of service and responsiveness to customers. This job description represents the foundation of the job, not its boundaries.
Education Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
Basic Requirements:
10 years’ experience in financial services.
10 years’ experience in sales and selling to financial institutions.
Excellent phone and communications skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Must be detail-oriented, organized and have ability to use various types of office equipment, including computer terminal.
Must be able to travel two nights per week and work independently as this is a home-based position.
Preferred Requirements:
(FINRA) Series 7, 24 and Series 63 Licenses
