What We Need
We’re looking for a Supplier Solutions Analyst to join the Synapse Health teamThe Supplier Solutions Analyst plays a key role in strengthening Synapse Health’s partnerships with strategic DME suppliers through data-driven problem solving, workflow insight, and platform expertise.

This role serves as the escalation and analytical support resource for Supplier Solutions & Implementation (S&I) Managers, Strategic Account Executives, and supplier network representatives — helping to identify patterns, trends, and root causes behind operational or integration challenges.  Additionally, this position will support training and onboarding activities for Synapse’s core supplier platforms, ensuring both internal and external users are confident in systems, workflows, and data exchange processes.

The ideal candidate has both strong technical and operational curiosity, the ability to connect data patterns to real-world process implications, and a service mindset that drives supplier enablement and efficiency.

What You Will Do

Supplier Support & Analysis

  • Investigate escalated supplier issues by running and interpreting reports to identify patterns, recurring trends, or potential root causes impacting performance.
  • Serve as a bridge between Operations, Supplier Solutions, Growth and Technology teams to validate data discrepancies or feed-related issues.
  • Maintain and refine dashboards and analytical tools to provide ongoing visibility into supplier performance and integration stability.
  • Document findings and develop recommendations that inform supplier process improvement and escalation prevention.
  • Participate in regular supplier performance reviews, providing data-backed insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate supplier onboarding readiness activities, including validation of roster data. Build and maintain implementation dashboards that track supplier milestones and deliverable completion prior to go-live.

Supplier Platform Training & Enablement

  • Partner with Supplier Implementation Managers to assess training needs and tailor content for specific core suppliers or internal teams.
  • Maintain training documentation, user guides, and onboarding resources, ensuring content reflects current processes and platform updates.
  • Serve as a go-to subject matter expert for supplier workflow inquiries and configuration nuances.
  • Coordinate content management for supplier onboarding and internal enablement materials. Deliver platform training sessions, maintain learning repositories, and ensure documentation reflects current workflows.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Implementation teams to communicate supplier pain points and inform roadmap priorities.
  • Support the refinement of processes that enhance supplier engagement, transparency, and operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to knowledge management efforts by maintaining documentation of supplier-specific exceptions and integration nuances.
  • Analyze recurring operational challenges/supplier elevations, document root causes, and collaborate to recommend process improvements or automation opportunities to enhance supplier experience and internal efficiency.
  • Develop automated reporting and dashboards to monitor supplier performance metrics, integration success rates, and workflow adherence. Identify patterns or bottlenecks and collaborate with Implementation Managers and Product teams to design corrective actions.

What You Have

At Synapse Health, we value curiosity, collaboration, and ownership — and we’re looking for team members who thrive in fast-moving, cross-functional environments. Additional qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare operations, data analysis, or supplier management; experience in DMEPOS or health tech preferred.
  • Advanced Excel or BI tool proficiency (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) with experience using data to drive insights and decision-making.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills with proven ability to convey findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience developing and delivering training content, including documentation and live facilitation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

What Sets You Apart

  • Experience in a healthcare technology environment.
  • You connect data insights to real-world supplier and patient outcomes, turning analysis into action.
  • You think in systems — seeing how workflows, data feeds, and processes align to support better care delivery.
  • You communicate clearly and simplify complexity for diverse audiences.
  • You’re proactive about continuous improvement, solving problems and preventing them from recurring.

Compensation:

The base salary range for this position is $68,000 – $86,000 annually. This range reflects the anticipated compensation at the time of posting. Final compensation will be based on factors such as relevant experience, demonstrated skills, internal equity, and prevailing market conditions. Compensation discussions are encouraged throughout the hiring process.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
