What We Need: 

The Supplier Data Operations Specialist is responsible for managing supplier platforms, ensuring the accuracy of vendor-related data, including price sheets and patient transitions, and supporting operational efficiency by validating data and addressing discrepancies. 

What You Will Do: 

  • Maintain supplier platform (Fulfill) for vendor management, including supplier setup and price sheet maintenance. 
  • Verify and upload supplier information, coordinate payor coverage areas, and manage exceptions for internal reference. 
  • Support accurate invoicing through QA reviews on DMEPOS catalogs, contracting, and supplier loads. 
  • Monitor support ticket requests from operations and RCM to resolve missing or incorrect supplier data. 
  • Oversee vendor data receipt and patient transition loads, ensuring accuracy and compliance. 
  • Conduct thorough data validation, translating to standard load files and resolving discrepancies. 
  • Execute data loading (rosters, documents, orders) into the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) platform. 
  • Coordinate with Account Management and Operations teams to ensure timely and accurate loading. 
  • Develop and generate reports for vendor performance monitoring, identifying inefficiencies, gaps, and recurring issues. 
  • Provide Level 2 support for vendor-related inquiries and escalations. 

What You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred. 
  • 3+ years of experience in supplier data operations, vendor management, or a related healthcare role. 
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and ability to learn department and job-specific software systems. 
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and data analysis.

  • Experience with supplier platform management and data validation. 
  • Understanding of vendor compliance and contracting in a healthcare setting. 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple data sources and maintain high levels of accuracy. 
  • Experience with reporting and analytics tools to support operational insights.  

Compensation:  

The base salary range for this position is $51,200 – $64,000 annually. This range reflects the anticipated compensation at the time of posting. Final compensation will be based on factors such as relevant experience, demonstrated skills, internal equity, and prevailing market conditions. Compensation discussions are encouraged throughout the hiring process.
