ThreatDown is looking for..

A Senior Product Manager, Commercial & Market Strategy with deep cybersecurity experience and a strong business mindset to own product strategy across pricing, packaging, and competitive positioning within our cybersecurity portfolio. This role requires deep understanding of market dynamics, customer value, and commercial outcomes. You will operate as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Leadership, translating business goals into measurable product outcomes.

This role requires a business minded Product leader who drives alignment without formal authority, uses data to inform decisions, and translates portfolio strategy into effective product execution


What You Will Do:

  • Own and evolve pricing and packaging strategy across cybersecurity products, including tiering, bundling, and monetization models
  • Partner with Product Managers across multiple products to shape portfolio-level pricing and packaging, offering guidance and recommendations while respecting product ownership
  • Lead competitive analysis and competitive intelligence, translating market insights into actionable strategy and positioning
  • Perform financial analysis to evaluate pricing decisions, packaging changes, and product investments, including margin, revenue, and ROI impact
  • Partner with Finance on vendor pricing analysis and negotiations, ensuring commercial decisions align with business goals
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Leadership to set direction, align priorities, and drive consensus
  • Define, track, and communicate business and product metrics such as ARR, NRR, adoption, attach rates, churn, and margin impact
  • Develop business cases and data driven recommendations for product investments and strategic initiatives
  • Influence roadmap prioritization by connecting customer needs, market opportunity, and financial outcomes
  • Support go-to-market efforts through clear value narratives, competitive insights, and measurable success criteria
  • Maintain a high bar for attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in pricing, packaging, metrics, and stakeholder communication


Skills You'll Need to Have:

  • 5-7+ years of Product Management experience
  • At least 1 year of Cybersecurity industry experience is highly preferred
  • Proven experience owning or strongly influencing pricing, packaging, and monetization strategy
  • Demonstrated track record of financial analysis, including revenue modeling, margin analysis, and ROI evaluation
  • Experience supporting or leading vendor pricing discussions or negotiations
  • Strong background in competitive analysis, market research, and win/loss insights
  • Highly analytical, metrics driven, and comfortable using data to guide decisions
  • Strong communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership
  • Detail-oriented with a disciplined approach to execution and decision-making
