Job Description

The Sr. Manager - Last Mile will lead business management and strategic execution across Kraft Heinz’s last mile platform partnerships. This role will drive performance, identify growth opportunities, and translate complex cross-functional priorities into clear actions across partners such as Instacart, DoorDash, GoPuff, and UberEats. The person in this role will operate with significant cross-functional influence, using data, customer insight, and clear communication to drive growth across Kraft Heinz’s broader eCommerce network.
Responsibilities:

  • Own customer relationships across priority Last Mile partners, driving strong day-to-day engagement and long-term strategic alignment
  • Lead campaign execution, retail media and promotional investment planning, budget management, performance tracking, and strategic planning across priority platforms
  • Translate customer, channel, and performance trends into clear recommendations and actionable growth plans
  • Drive alignment across shopper marketing, finance, and sales teams on priorities, plans, performance, and opportunities
  • Monitor business results and key performance indicators across priority Last Mile retailers, while assessing implications for the broader eCommerce network
  • Lead internal business reviews by synthesizing performance data, identifying opportunities and risks, and recommending actions to improve results
  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert on Last Mile eCommerce, helping cross-functional stakeholders navigate platform dynamics, opportunities, and risks
  • Shape and advance the customer learning agenda by identifying insights, testing opportunities, and ensuring learnings are captured and applied
  • Build playbooks, best practices, and capability-building tools that strengthen organizational understanding and adoption of Last Mile eCommerce opportunities
  • Influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a dotted-line structure to drive execution, alignment, and accountability
  • Support platform and cross-platform strategies that unlock growth and strengthen Kraft Heinz’s Last Mile presence

  • Share of Search improvement
  • Delivery of the customer learning agenda
  • Strong campaign execution and effective budget management
  • Clear alignment across shopper marketing, finance, sales, and broader cross-functional stakeholders
  • High-quality business reviews that lead to actionable decisions and stronger customer plans

Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in eCommerce, sales, commercial strategy, or platform / marketplace management
  • Strong business acumen and comfort working with performance data, KPIs, and strategic recommendations
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, retail media investments, promotional programs, and external partnerships
  • Strong ability to manage complex customer relationships and drive results in a matrixed environment
  • Ability to synthesize complex business performance into clear insights and recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to influence across cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, including the ability to simplify complex topics and translate business performance into clear internal narratives
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution in a fast-moving commercial environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Last Mile platforms, including Instacart and DoorDash
  • Experience partnering closely with Marketing, Sales, and eCommerce stakeholders
  • Experience leading customer business reviews and translating insights into growth plans
  • Familiarity with digital shelf or search-related performance metrics, including Share of Search

Location / Travel:

  • Some travel is required for internal meetings and external partner visits.

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$120,800.00 - $151,000.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
