SR. HR GENERALIST (TEMPORARY)
TeleSign protects the world’s largest Internet and Cloud properties against fraud.
We are looking for someone to provide day-to-day HR support. This is a 5-month temporary position to cover for a LOA with the potential to be extended.
Responsibilities:
• Provide support for the day-to-day operations of 100+ employee team in US.
• Be responsible for interfacing with employees on payroll, benefits and policies.
• Be responsible for maintaining backend HR operations to include change processing, documentation, file setups and terminations.
• Provide reporting support based on business needs.
• Partner with the business on key HR programs.
• Ensure employee information data integrity in HRIS
• Maintain org charts, hiring/recruiting reports and any internal data tracking.
• Be responsible for onboarding, exit, new hire orientation, etc.
• Manage all compliance related matters.
• Partner with Recruiting and provide support when needed.
• Ensure confidentiality and professionalism is maintained when dealing with sensitive information
Requirements:
• 5+ years of HR experience in a software or technology organization, preferably early stage startup.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills with a strong attention to detail
• A proven team player, with a strong ability to work independently as well
• Thorough knowledge of HRIS systems
• BA/BS degree with emphasis in HR or equivalent years of field related experiencContinuee.
