What We Need:
The Specialist, Resupply plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day execution of Synapse Health’s resupply operations. This role ensures that patients meet eligibility requirements, and that resupply orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
As a process-driven contributor, you bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to operational accuracy. You collaborate closely with internal teams to maintain smooth workflows, support performance targets, and deliver a consistent, high-quality experience for patients, providers, and vendor partners.
What You Will Do:
- Complete intake, qualification, and order processing activities to support patient resupply needs.
- Follow standardized resupply workflows while ensuring compliance with company policies, payer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Review documentation and orders for accuracy, completeness, and eligibility prior to fulfillment.
- Identify discrepancies, missing information, or errors and work with appropriate teams to support resolution.
- Assist with basic reporting and tracking of operational metrics such as order volume, turnaround time, and qualification accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners to maintain efficient and reliable resupply workflows.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with patients, providers, and vendor partners.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying process gaps or opportunities for increased efficiency.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and operational objectives.
What You Have:

- 2+ years of experience in healthcare or the durable medical equipment (DME) industry, including customer service, call center operations, or similar healthcare environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to quickly learn department- and role-specific software systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify issues and support effective resolution.
- Demonstrated experience delivering high-quality customer service and maintaining positive relationships with patients, providers, and vendors.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing processes, technologies, and customer needs.
- Availability to work between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. EST, with potential participation in an on-call rotation.

Compensation:
The pay range for this position is $17 – $21 per hour. This range reflects the anticipated compensation at the time of posting. Final compensation will be based on factors such as relevant experience, demonstrated skills, internal equity, and prevailing market conditions. Compensation discussions are encouraged throughout the hiring process.
