We are looking for a Senior User Experience Research Operations Associate to join our growing Research Operations practice and broader Design Operations team. Help manage vendor and stakeholder relationships and support the development of resources and tools for our expanding User Experience Research and Design team.
Job Summary
As a Senior User Experience Operations Associate within the Research Operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of resources and tools for our expanding User Experience Research and Design team. You will assist with the operational side of the research process, manage vendor and stakeholder relationships, and help promote strategic initiatives to improve team efficiency and impact. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to uncover business needs and process changes, and move initiatives forward by resolving open issues.

Job Responsibilities
- Assist with the operational side of the research process involving internal and external research tools.
- Review and onboard new vendors and tools.
- Manage access and list management.
- Help manage strategic initiatives that improve team efficiency and impact, establishing operational systems and outcomes.
- Assist with process improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners, such as Tech Owners, Legal, and Policy.
- Serve as the \"go-to\" for knowledge sharing vendor and research tool information.
- Maintain strong working relationships by collaborating with stakeholders and business teams.
- Move initiatives forward, find resources, escalate, and resolve open issues that prevent progress.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Research Operations or UX/Research related role or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in process and project management.
- Bachelor's degree in human computer interaction, user experience design/research, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience working in vendor management.
- Understanding of UX Research tools, methodologies, and practices.
- Track record of operating independently, taking initiative, embracing ambiguity, and delivering results in a highly organized manner.
- Experience building relationships with peers and senior stakeholders and collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple locations.
