Limo Anywhere a part of the Fullsteam organization is a cloud-based software suite designed to help limo and car-service companies manage bookings, dispatch, drivers, vehicles, payments and more from anywhere. It supports online reservations, mobile apps for passengers and drivers, real-time tracking and a full back-office system for operations
Limo Anywhere is seeking a Technical Support Representative - This role is responsible for delivering phone and email-based support and training to our clients. The Representative researches and resolves client questions, troubleshoots application issues, and helps customers adopt our product suite.
Responsibilities:
Provide support to clients by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding clients through corrective steps
Report and detail system issues and problems to the product development team
Provide support and training for new clients to ensure a seamless transition to the platform
Maintain current knowledge of the entire product suite
Maintain and update client reference guides
Provide assistance and guidance for a payment service solution
Primary Qualifications:
Experience or familiarity with web-based technologies; ability to quickly learn product specifics
LimoAnywhere software experience strongly desired
Proven ability to solve customer issues through thorough investigation
Demonstrated skills in building strong customer relationships
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong time management skills
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Experience related to e-banking, payment processing solutions and credit card processing fees
