System1 is hiring an experienced technical recruiter to work with our internal team and help to develop best practices. We are looking for someone with a strong technical background as well as an extensive technical network in Los Angeles and other tech centers.

Responsibilities

• 7+ years experience as an in-house technical recruiter
• 3+ years of startup recruiting experience
• Scientific or technical educational background strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Track record of hiring extremely talented senior engineers
• Opportunity to move into a management role for the right candidate

• Help to streamline recruiting pipeline and processes
• Source, interview, and evaluate technical and non-technical candidates
• Help organize hiring priorities and work with the team to manage day to day pipeline and priorities
