About the Role
As a Senior Strategic Alliances Manager - North America, you will own strategic relationships with global and regional system integrators, driving joint go-to-market initiatives, revenue growth, and practice development. This role requires deep experience in building executive-level partnerships, creating joint business plans, and enabling partner-led delivery capacity.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute joint business plans with global system integrators, including revenue, certification, and marketing KPIs.
- Build executive interlocks and run quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with partner leadership.
- Drive co-sell motions with field sales, including account mapping, pipeline reviews, and deal registration.
- Lead enablement programs to grow partner delivery capacity and certifications.
- Collaborate with marketing on MDF-funded campaigns and events with measurable ROI.
- Work with product teams to create repeatable industry-aligned offerings with partners.
- Work with partners to ensure product differentiation is amplified in the market and maximize competitive advantage and positioning.
What You’ll Bring
- 8–12+ years in alliances or partner management with global SIs/GSIs.
- Proven success in joint GTM execution and revenue impact at enterprise scale.
- Strong understanding of telecom/utility industry and SaaS solutions. This role requires a deep passion for the telecom/utilities space and detailed understanding of use cases, workflows, impact.
- Experience with hyperscale co-sell programs (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with executive stakeholders.
- Deep experience in strategic enterprise sales.
- Experience with value selling, value engineering, MEDDICC/MEDDPICC sales methodology is a plus.
