From building industry-leading products to cultivating an exceptional company culture, our core values guide everything we do. We’re looking for passionate individuals who thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to drive impact. If you’re excited about solving complex challenges in bold, innovative ways, we’d love to connect with you.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Technical Success Manager (TSM) to join our team and help deliver exceptional post-sales experiences for our customers. This role blends technical expertise, project management, and relationship management to drive successful deployments, accelerate time-to-value, and support ongoing adoption and growth. As a TSM, you will act as both a technical advisor and deployment facilitator, ensuring our customers achieve success throughout onboarding, deployment, and beyond.

What will you do?

In this role, you will act as both a technical advisor and deployment facilitator, ensuring our customers unlock the full value of SentinelOne’s AI SIEM and observability platform.

  • Lead enterprise customers through complex deployments that involve data ingestion, pipeline integration, and AI-driven correlation engines.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers, Professional Services, Product Management, and Support to ensure seamless rollout and adoption. Collaborate with Service Delivery Partners, enabling them to provide the same level of service to our customers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers translate data observability and AI insights into measurable security and business outcomes.
  • Provide proactive resources, best practices, and enablement for log management, query optimization, and AI-powered threat detection.
  • Serve as the customer’s advocate internally, ensuring the evolving needs of SIEM and observability customers are met.
  • Deployment Leadership: Guide customers through deployment cycles, including log ingestion, API integrations, observability pipelines, and SIEM correlation rules.
  • Technical Advisory: Provide expertise in security data architecture, observability pipelines, and AI-driven threat detection/response.
  • Stakeholder & Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customer CISOs, SOC leads, and platform engineers; communicate risks and ensure measurable outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Engineering and Product teams to influence roadmap priorities based on customer adoption trends and use cases.
  • Incident & Operational Support: Act as the customer’s technical point of contact during critical incidents, ensuring rapid resolution and effective communication.
  • Enablement & Content Creation: Deliver webinars, workshops, and technical documentation tailored to AI SIEM and observability adoption.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Provide regular reporting on data adoption metrics, log pipeline efficiency, and SIEM rule utilization.
  • Pre-Sales Services Support: Collaborate with Sales & SEs to align services scope for complex deployments involving observability and AI SIEM.

This role requires someone who is highly technical in modern data/security operations, customer-focused, and capable of bridging AI/observability with security outcomes.

What skills and knowledge should you bring?

  • 5–7+ years in enterprise software with a strong focus on SIEM or cybersecurity data platforms, with experience in Technical Success, Professional Services, Implementation, or related field services
  • Experience with AI/ML-driven security solutions, log management systems, and observability pipelines.
  • Strong background with tools such as Splunk, Elastic, Snowflake, Datadog, or similar observability/SIEM platforms.
  • Strong background in cybersecurity, SOC operations, and enterprise security architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows, MacOS, Linux, and containerized environments (Kubernetes preferred).
  • Proficiency in data querying languages (SQL, SPL, KQL, etc.), automation (APIs, scripting), and parsing (RegEx).
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and align technical initiatives with strategic customer outcomes.

What will separate you from other candidates?

  • Direct experience with next-gen SIEM platforms or observability solutions.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML-based anomaly detection, large-scale log ingestion, and cloud-native observability.
  • Ability to act as a strategic advisor bridging SecOps, DevOps, and ITOps teams.
  • Demonstrated success driving adoption of AI or data-intensive platforms in enterprise environments.
  • Embodies the SentinelOne values: Trust, Accountability, OneSentinel, Relentlessness, Ingenuity, and Community.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
