About the Role

Sales Enablement at YDC drives performance. This role builds the systems, content, and training that power our GTM team to sell faster, smarter, and with more confidence. You'll lead enablement across the entire sales journey from onboarding new reps to prepping the team for product launches and deal closing moments.

We’re looking for someone who understands the rhythm of a sales floor and the technical nuance of our AI platform. You’ll be working closely with leaders across Sales, Product, Marketing, and RevOps. Clarity matters. Precision matters. Your programs will anchor the way we talk about APIs, agents, RAG, and everything that makes YDC a technical standout.

This is a hands-on leadership role. We want someone who plans thoughtfully, executes without delay, and knows how to scale what works.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and execution of enablement programs that align with GTM strategy and drive measurable sales outcomes
  • Build onboarding, training, and certification paths tailored to AI buyers and technical sales cycles
  • Develop playbooks, talk tracks, objection handling guides, and demo frameworks tied to our API and PRAG products
  • Partner with Product and Marketing to translate launches and updates into field-ready content
  • Own the tooling and infrastructure for sales enablement, including content libraries and performance tracking
  • Run weekly trainings, support SKO planning, and maintain a steady rhythm of learning across the team
  • Identify gaps in seller confidence or skill and fill them with targeted programs
  • Track enablement impact on ramp time, win rates, and sales productivity
Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience across sales, enablement, or GTM strategy
  • Familiarity with AI products, especially developer-facing tools like APIs and platforms like PRAG
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; able to manage cross-functional initiatives with precision and clarity.
  • Experience building enablement programs from scratch and scaling them in high-growth environments.
  • Skilled in enablement platforms (Highspot, Lessonly, etc.) and CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Comfortable in ambiguity, energized by rapid iteration, and motivated by the impact enablement has on revenue.

Bonus: You know what great looks like at high-growth, high-velocity companies

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
