Artera’s RevOps team is looking for a talented Senior Revenue Systems Administrator (Salesforce) to join the team. You will support the business as a system administrator for the Revenue Operations team, with a special focus on Salesforce administration and architecture. The Revenue Operations team supports and interfaces with many vendor technologies. The person will be an expert Salesforce administrator, and a fast learner with flexibility to learn new systems and processes as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing support by resolving user requests for user management, reports, dashboards, and platform bugs.
  • Act as a main point of contact for Salesforce and other system improvements that support a more effective and scalable commercial team. 
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to support the development of new business processes, integrations, or applications.
  • Interface with 3rd party vendors to ensure the ongoing health of our 3rd party applications. 
  • Maintain the overall health of Salesforce through reporting and regular auditing.
  • Work cross-functionally and amongst the team to maintain, support and improve upon integrations with different systems.
  • Develop and contribute to standard documentation and knowledge bases.
  • Manage all aspects of user and license management.

Requirements

  • 4-7+ years of RevOps Admin / Salesforce Admin experience
  • Experience with the Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ
  • Expertise building Custom Objects, Flows, Validation rules, and Declarative Lookup Rollup Summaries (DLRS)
  • Excellent Excel and Google Sheets skills
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with partner revenue systems
  • Experience with or has assisted in translating business needs into technical requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong team player with the ability to develop effective working relationships across an organization

LOCATION

Artera values in-person collaboration and is currently hiring in the following US cities: Santa Barbara, Los Angeles, San Francisco/Bay Area, Kansas City, and Philadelphia (Wayne). 


Artera HQ is in Santa Barbara, CA, and we have an additional US office located in Philadelphia (Wayne), PA. If you live in the Santa Barbara or Philadelphia area, your role will be hybrid and you will be required to work out of your designated office location 3 days a week, unless otherwise noted in the job requirements. 


If you live in Los Angeles, San Francisco/Bay Area, or Kansas City, your role will be remote to start. As our team continues to grow in these cities, Artera will be considering opening offices in these locations. Once that happens, you will be required to work out of your designated office location 3 days a week, unless otherwise noted in the job requirements.
