Chain Reaction is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding the goals of our clients and be able to oversee project strategy to project completion. By knowing emerging technologies in the area, this candidate will be able to create cross-channel deliverables for clients that meet their needs.


Requirements

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with strong commerce experience to join our growing and award-winning team, working on some of the region's most exciting brands.

  • Strategize, create, monitor, maintain, and optimize high-volume campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other third-party digital media platforms, with a strong focus on performance-driven environments.
  • Oversee growth in performance, managing campaigns to meet clients’ ROI goals while responding rapidly to optimization opportunities identified by digital strategists.
  • Demonstrate solid knowledge of Google Ads campaign types, particularly in fast-paced, conversion-focused industries with dynamic product offerings.
  • Conduct continuous analysis of campaign performance and provide actionable reporting on digital initiatives, with a focus on revenue and conversion metrics.
  • Efficiently manage and allocate budgets across multiple channels and campaigns, adapting to fluctuations in demand, seasonality, and promotional cycles.
  • Craft compelling, conversion-oriented pay-per-click ad copy, with ongoing A/B testing and optimization to improve performance at scale.
  • Report on key performance indicators and lead generation initiatives, calculate Cost Per Lead, forecast spend, and adjust strategies based on performance trends and market demand.
  • Work with large product catalogs and frequent campaign updates, ensuring agility and accuracy in campaign execution and optimization.

Skills required:

  • Experience in Google AdWords, Google AdWords Editor, Google Analytics.
  • Keyword research, campaign buildout, ad creation, A/B copy testing, and extensive bid management and lead generation experience.
  • Vast experience in the Google Content Network and with overall Display Advertising.
  • Knowledge and experience in retargeting/remarketing.
  • People Management skills
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Marketing and Advertising background is a big plus
