About your Skills:
Data Engineering & Management: Proficient in programming languages (R and/or Python preferred) for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling
Data Platforms: Experience working with modern data platforms such as Databricks (preferred) or similar lakehouses/warehouses
Data Visualization: Proficient Tableau (preferred) or similar BI tools to create impactful dashboards and data stories
Statistical Acumen: Strong foundation in statistical methods, experimental design, and data science techniques commonly used with People Data
HR Domain Knowledge: Understanding of HR/People metrics, talent processes, and common analytics scenarios in People Teams
Ethical Judgment: Strong commitment to data privacy, ethical use of analytics, and responsible AI practices.
Critical thinking: skills that allow you to constructively debate with your colleagues to ensure we are always learning and getting to the best solution vs. the most convenient one.
About the Role:
You will serve as a technical subject matter expert who drives our people analytics strategy and roadmap. You’ll work independently on high-impact projects while collaborating with key stakeholders across the business such as our CPO, people strategy, people partners, people operations, and business leaders to deliver insights that shape our talent decisions.
What You’ll be Doing
Data Engineering & Management: Develop and maintain efficient data pipelines using modern data technologies like Databricks, ensuring data quality, integration, and accessibility
Dashboard & Visualization Development: Create compelling, interactive visualizations and dashboards in platforms like Tableau that communicate insights effectively to various stakeholders
Analytics Initiatives: Design and execute people analytics projects that address critical business questions across the talent lifecycle (recruitment, engagement, performance, retention, etc.)
Statistical Analysis & Modeling: Apply statistical methods and predictive modeling techniques to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and uncover insights from People data
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, HRIS, and other data teams to improve data infrastructure, governance, and analytics processes
Strategic Consulting: Partner with the People Team and business leaders to interpret data findings, provide recommendations, and drive action planning
What you’ll have

While this work is based more on the skills a person has, than what they have done, we think a typical profile could include the following:
7+ years of experience in people analytics, data science, or related analytical roles
Demonstrated proficiency in statistical programming using R, Python, or similar languages
Track record of developing impactful data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau or equivalent tools
Experience working with large and complex datasets, implementing data quality procedures, and developing sustainable data pipelines
Strong understanding of research methodologies and statistical techniques relevant to HR/People and organizational data
