About Us

BTC Inc. is the parent company of Bitcoin Magazine, The Bitcoin Conference, and Bitcoin for Corporations. Our mission is Hyperbitcoinization, the global adoption of Bitcoin as the world's preferred monetary network. We believe Bitcoin opens the door to a global monetary network free from poor incentives, censorship, and government manipulation. Our journey to success involves decades of complex problem-solving, product development, and service creation in order to onboard billions of people into a future where money is more accessible, borderless, and inclusive. If you enjoy working on challenging problems, fast-paced sprints, and navigating ambiguity, you'll find our mission and type of work inspiring and rewarding.

The Role

At Bitcoin for Corporations (BFC), we are accelerating the corporate adoption of Bitcoin. As the leading alliance for executive education and strategic implementation, BFC equips C-suite leaders, treasury professionals, and enterprise decision-makers with the insights and tools to integrate Bitcoin into corporate strategy. Through our flagship Masterclass program, curated resources, and growing network of forward-thinking members, we’re driving a new financial paradigm—one where Bitcoin is normalized as a balance sheet asset and embraced as a cornerstone of innovation. Join us in shaping the future of corporate finance through Bitcoin.

We are hiring a Senior Media Producer for Bitcoin for Corporations (BFC) to own end‑to‑end video production across live streams, flagship shows, and rapid post‑event delivery. This role is a hybrid producer/director/editor who can plan and run live broadcasts, then turn around polished edits for executive audiences. You will stand up and sustain a weekly news format, take ownership of the BFC Show, and collaborate with outside creators to expand BFC’s reach. A nimble generalist mindset with specialty skills is key.

The Work

Live Production & Streaming

  • Plan and direct live broadcasts for earnings calls, symposiums, and in‑person events across YouTube, LinkedIn, and X/Twitter.
  • Operate or oversee switching, audio, and streaming software (OBS, Wirecast, vMix) with broadcast discipline.
  • Own the BFC Show and launch a weekly news recap on corporate Bitcoin adoption with recurring hosts and guests.
  • Develop new repeatable show formats aimed at executives and investors.

Post‑Production & Turnaround

  • Edit, package, and publish event content quickly so members and channels receive timely clips and recaps.
  • Maintain a consistent, executive‑facing standard across overlays, lower thirds, and motion templates.
  • Light design and packaging, such as producing on‑brand graphics, overlays, and thumbnails using Adobe Suite and similar tools; UI/UX aptitude is a plus to expedite production without heavy design lift.

Syndication & Creator Collaboration

  • Partner with creators and analysts (e.g., subject‑matter contributors) to syndicate high‑quality content on BFC channels.
  • Coordinate guest pipelines and cross‑promotion to grow audience and credibility.
  • Build monetizable formats, such as a 24/7 live ticker stream highlighting public Bitcoin‑treasury companies, suitable for sponsorships.

Channel Management & Analytics

  • Manage publishing cadence, titles, thumbnails, and A/B tests; monitor performance and iterate based on data.

Your Experience

Required

  • 5–8 years in video/media production combining producing/directing with hands‑on editing.
  • Demonstrated live streaming experience and familiarity with production equipment and workflows.
  • Proficiency with editing and streaming tools (Premiere Pro or Final Cut; OBS, Wirecast, or vMix).
  • Strong organization and deadline management across multiple concurrent productions.
  • Ability to work autonomously in fast‑moving environments while collaborating well across teams.

Preferred

  • Experience producing investor relations or corporate communications content.
  • Familiarity with multi‑platform live streaming and channel management best practices.
  • Light UI/UX or motion design skills for speed and brand consistency.
  • Social publishing aptitude to package and post content across channels.
  • Familiarity with Bitcoin or willingness to ramp quickly on the ecosystem.

Additional Benefits

In addition to working on a meaningful mission in a challenging environment, we also provide the following:

  • Unlimited Vacation
  • Company MacBook
  • Health, Dental, and Vision
  • Remote First / Your Schedule
  • 100% Paid Life Insurance and Disability
  • Work alongside a talented, fast-paced team solving complex problems
  • The opportunity to connect and network with the Bitcoin industry and leaders in the space.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
