We’re looking for a Senior Manager Human Resources to join the People Team in our New York office! 

What you’ll do:

  • Responsible for building and scaling outstanding HR programs and processes across Snap.

  • Be a strong partner for business leaders and recruiting partners to deliver end-to-end talent management solutions.

  • Serve as the lead HR Business Partner for senior leaders, including C-level executives, across multiple business functions 

  • Demonstrate your knowledge and experience with sophisticated employment issues to drive high integrity employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution strategies

  • Develop influence that results in data driven employment decisions that align with Snap Values

  • Provide coaching and mentorship to senior leaders, their teams and Snap team members that enables high team and individual performance

  • Focus on crafting phenomenal teams through employee listening strategies and engagement action planning

  • Drive Snap values and dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion into people programs and processes

  • Drive cycles of continuous improvement that simplify HR service delivery

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Experience crafting and deploying HR systems and processes

  • Experience with core HR domains, including performance development, workforce management, people data analysis, compensation, diversity and inclusion, and employee relations

  • Experience influencing and advising senior leaders on sophisticated employment matters

  • Strong project leadership skills

  • Master’s degree in HR, IR, or similar field

  • Experience in HRLDP or similar development program experience

  • Experience with employee relations, performance management, team efficiency, and employee engagement strategies

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources Management or equivalent years of experience

  • 12+ years experience in human resources

Preferred Qualifications:

  • HR experience in a tech start-up or high growth company

  • HR experience working with business functions including Communications, Finance, Legal, People, Security, and/or Workplace Services

  • Knowledge, experience with and passion for Snap Inc products!

Compensation

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):

The base salary range for this position is $190,000-$284,000 annually.


 

Zone B:

The base salary range for this position is $181,000-$270,000 annually.

Zone C:

The base salary range for this position is $162,000-$241,000 annually.

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
