Senior Investment Sales Representative
We are currently looking for a Senior Investment Sales Representative. This individual will largely be focused on building relationships with accredited investors and helping support the team’s capital raising activities.
What You'll Do:
- Raise capital for selected RealtyMogul.com products and strategies
- Effectively manage all new and existing leads generated for you by developing a strategy for prompt and ongoing follow up.
- Form, maintain and enhance relationships with potential and existing investors
- Communicate with potential investors on a regular basis
- Assist with the creation of fundraising materials
- Travel to investor events as required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- A minimum of 8 years of direct experience in capital raising or private wealth management
- A proven track record of successful capital raising
- Series 7 and Series 63 (or 66) licenses
- Excellent communication skills required in verbal and written communication, customer service, planning, and organization
- Experience with Salesforce is preferred but not required.
- You are a motivated, self-starter with knowledge of securities and financial industry
- Commercial real estate investment knowledge desired
