Senior Investment Sales Representative

We are currently looking for a Senior Investment Sales Representative. This individual will largely be focused on building relationships with accredited investors and helping support the team’s capital raising activities. 

 What You'll Do:

• Raise capital for selected RealtyMogul.com products and strategies
• Effectively manage all new and existing leads generated for you by developing a strategy for prompt and ongoing follow up.
• Form, maintain and enhance relationships with potential and existing investors
• Communicate with potential investors on a regular basis
• Assist with the creation of fundraising materials
• Travel to investor events as required 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• A minimum of 8 years of direct experience in capital raising or private wealth management
• A proven track record of successful capital raising
• Series 7 and Series 63 (or 66) licenses
• Excellent communication skills required in verbal and written communication, customer service, planning, and organization
• Experience with Salesforce is preferred but not required.
• You are a motivated, self-starter with knowledge of securities and financial industry
• Commercial real estate investment knowledge desired
