  • Reward & Recognition: Provide guidance on salary planning, promotions, and recognition programs.
  • Culture & Engagement: Champion Dyson’s culture and values, fostering an environment of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • HR Service Delivery: Act as local HR contact ensuring seamless execution across the full employee lifecycle.
