As a Sr. Global Partner Enablement Manager, you will work to design, develop, and drive improvements for the Cloudera Academy Partner Enablement Program, specifically for our technology, consulting and services partners.  A key aspect of this role is overseeing the global Tech Data distribution relationship and driving enablement through their channels.

As a Sr. Global Partner Enablement Manager You will:

  • Design, deliver, and measure best-in-class product and sales enablement experiences that are aligned to and in support of Cloudera’s growing ecosystem of technology and solution partners

  • Build relationships with our partners through co-hosted office hours and product enablement sessions

  • Develop scalable product and sales enablement experiences using a variety of methods (e.g., video, audio, interactive online modules, in-app guidance, etc.) working through stakeholders

  • Curate enablement content in Cloudera’s learning management system (LMS) to address new product releases, use cases, value drivers, and best practices for working with our partners  

  • Create and maintain structured learning path program for our partners to ensure high quality product knowledge and delivery across our partner ecosystem, for various personas

  • Build and maintain an excellent feedback loop with stakeholders across our business including Product, UX, Product Marketing, Engineering, CX, Sales, and Alliances

  • Being adaptable and quickly adjusting to changing business priorities and challenges

  • Coordinating with the existing cross functional teams to evolve the program so that our partners are successful.

  • Create processes, set best practices, and build replicable patterns for global and regional enablement activities.

  • Managing multiple projects and workstreams concurrently.

  • Maintain and enhance Enablement offerings in line with the Cloudera Partner Program including specific documentation in Partner Program Guides 

  • Monitor, manage, and report on key partner enablement initiatives and metrics.

  • Oversee the Global distribution partner, Tech Data, and drive Enablement activities through their vendor/partner programs.

We are excited about You if:

  • 5-7+ years experience working closely with a channel ecosystem including GSI, Distribution, Services partners

  • 5-7+ years demonstrated program/project management skills across multiple projects

  • Experience in training and certification or enablement-related position for technical and sales personas

  • Experience in Partner or Channel enablement or training

  • Experience hosting global enablement events, in person or remotely including trade shows, conferences or tech summits

  • Experience in creating and reading reports in SFDC, Tableau or other Business Intelligence systems

  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

  • This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship
    • Bachelor's degree in related field of study or equivalent work experience.
