We're Looking For A: a Senior Generative Search Specialist to help shape how our brands show up in the world of AI-driven search. The ideal candidate will be equal parts strategist, technologist, and storyteller-and know how to get content to perform in Google's Search Generative Experience (SGE), chatbots, and other AI-powered platforms.
Location: Woodland Hills, CA (Hybrid)
What You'll Be Doing:

• Define the Playbook: Develop frameworks for ranking in AI-driven search experiences, and turn those into actionable, quarterly plans for content, technical, and SEO teams.
• Monitor & Optimize: Use AI tools (and light scripting, if needed) to track brand visibility across generative platforms, assess sentiment and accuracy, and flag gaps or hallucinations.
• Experiment & Measure: Prototype and test content blocks-like "FAQ copilots" or rich snippets-to improve brand reputation, visibility, and performance in generative search results.
• Align AI to the Brand: Work with internal teams to fine-tune LLM tools or guide prompts and embeddings that reinforce accurate, brand-aligned messaging.
• Report the Results: Build and maintain an executive dashboard that visualizes our brand's share of voice across AI platforms and the impact of optimization efforts.

Qualifications (Note: We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don't tick ALL of these boxes.):

• 5+ years of experience in SEO, machine learning, AI product work, content strategy, or other technical digital fields.
• 1+ year of SEO experience (technical or content), or strong understanding of SEO fundamentals like schema markup, internal linking, and E-E-A-T.
• Proven experience using AI/LLM platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Google SGE) to improve brand visibility or answer accuracy-especially through Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategies.
• Familiarity with Python and tools like Pandas, SQL, or LangChain is helpful but not required-this role focuses more on using AI tools than writing production code.
• Comfortable analyzing A/B tests or campaign outcomes using tools like Tableau, Looker, or Streamlit preferred
• Bonus points for exposure to statistical modeling (e.g., Bayesian methods), knowledge graphs, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate), or scraping/search analysis at scale.

The base salary range is $89,000 - $112,000, plus annual & monthly KPI bonus potential.
The posted salary range in this job posting reflects data based on California's cost of labor analysis. This salary range is subject to change per state; please click here to find the pay differential in your state of residence if the role is remote.
Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geographical location.
