The Senior Designer is responsible for leading the execution of high-quality visual and interactive web design solutions, driving the successful delivery of large-scale website redesigns and scalable digital experiences. This role combines strong visual craft, systems thinking, and strategic problem-solving to create engaging user-centered experiences aligned with business goals and brand standards.

The Senior Designer plays a key role in defining creative direction, mentoring design quality across projects, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency, innovation, and excellence throughout the design process.

You Will: 

  • Lead the design of high-fidelity web interfaces, layouts, and scalable UI components
  • Drive full website redesign projects from discovery and concept development to final delivery
  • Create visually compelling and interaction-focused digital experiences aligned with user and business needs
  • Define, build, and evolve scalable design systems and component libraries in Figma
  • Apply and advocate for Atomic Design principles and scalable design frameworks
  • Produce and oversee the refinement of visual assets, including hero imagery, compositions, retouching, and advanced layout execution
  • Ensure pixel-perfect design execution and maintain exceptional attention to detail across deliverables
  • Collaborate closely with Design Leads, developers, strategists, and cross-functional teams to align design solutions with technical and business requirements
  • Present and articulate design rationale confidently to both internal stakeholders and clients
  • Proactively identify risks related to quality, timelines, scope, or delivery, and propose solutions
  • Balance creative exploration with business priorities and fast-paced project timelines
  • Support and uphold high-quality standards through consistent design QA processes
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior and mid-level designers, contributing to team growth and creative excellence
  • Contribute to the evolution of internal processes, workflows, and creative culture

You Have

  • 5+ years of experience in web design, digital product design, or visual design for digital platforms
  • Strong portfolio showcasing advanced web design systems, large-scale website experiences, and interaction design work
  • Advanced expertise in Figma, including components, auto-layout, libraries, prototyping, and scalable design systems
  • Deep understanding of Atomic Design methodology and scalable system-thinking approaches
  • Strong command of typography, composition, layout systems, visual hierarchy, and responsive design principles
  • Experience designing complex and scalable web ecosystems and enterprise-level digital experiences
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, accessibility, usability, and interaction design best practices
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for visual asset creation, editing, and retouching
  • Familiarity with motion, animation, and interaction best practices for digital experiences
  • Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary and international teams across areas such as branding, digital marketing, social media, motion, or illustration
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain and defend design decisions strategically
  • English proficiency (B2+/C1) in reading, writing, and verbal communication
  • Solid knowledge of presentation and creative tools such as Keynote, PowerPoint, After Effects, and Premiere
  • Experience working with productivity and collaboration tools including Slack, Zoom, Jira, Trello, Asana, Basecamp, Google Drive, and similar platforms
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, online advertising, and business strategy concepts.
