But all of this is meaningless without great people. So right now we are looking for a Senior Data Geek with a deep background in analytics, and who wants to be team member #1 in our new internal data team.. 

How does this role contribute to the cause?

This person will be a key player in establishing the foundation of what will become our data team. You will establish the standard for data collection across the company as well as the organization and visualization of collected data. Additionally you will be the in-house "all things data" subject matter expert that will collaborate with the CTO on the future of our data practice.

Who will be successful in this role?

A data analyst with a Master’s or Ph.D. in statistics, computer science, mathematics or engineering. You should be analytically minded with the ability to understand true business needs behind requests. A self-starter with the ability to plan, organize and establish priorities to meet goals and achieve results.

Some of our wish list items include a strong knowledge of Python, SQL, R and experience with TensorFlow. You should be used to making sense out of massive data lakes.
