Duties & Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between clients, project managers, and technical teams to gather, document, and translate business requirements.
  • Develop business specifications in collaboration with clients to shape technology-driven solutions.
  • Analyze, design, document, and recommend improvements to business processes that support strategic goals.
  • Create conceptual data/process models and workflows aligned with project needs.
  • Participate in or lead requirements gathering, system testing, and user acceptance activities while coordinating cross-functionally to streamline delivery
  • Approve and validate test results to ensure alignment with business intent.

Qualifications

  • 6 or more years of experience in a relevant Business Analyst position
  • Strong communication and presentation skills—able to translate complex technical topics for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with business process re-engineering.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft tools , SQL, or relational databases.
  • Curiosity and initiative to solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • 3+ in Medicaid/Medicare preferred
