The Senior Business Analyst plays a key role in driving strategic initiatives and process improvements across Clario. This position combines deep business analysis expertise with project leadership to translate business needs into actionable solutions. The Senior Business Analyst partners with cross-functional teams to define requirements, manage project delivery, and ensure successful outcomes aligned with organizational goals.

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead requirements-gathering activities through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and data analysis.
Translate business needs into clear, concise functional specifications and user stories.
Conduct gap analyses, process mapping (as-is and to-be), and impact assessments to identify opportunities for improvement.
Define success metrics and develop business cases in partnership with business units.
Manage project scope, schedules, and deliverables to ensure timely and on-budget execution.
Facilitate sprint planning, stakeholder meetings, and progress reporting.
Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Create and maintain project documentation including BRDs, process flows, test plans, and status reports.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide post-implementation recommendations for continuous improvement.
Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors and key stakeholders through effective communication and influence.
What We Look For
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
2–4 years of hands-on project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Strong understanding of business processes, requirements elicitation, and stakeholder management.
Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, Power BI, and related systems.
Solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, agile environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
