About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst (Sr BA) who’s a big-picture thinker and a natural problem-solver. In this role, you’ll help shape how we work by analyzing current processes, designing better ones, and making sure our solutions align with where the business is headed. You’ll work closely with both business and tech teams to turn strategy into action and bring clarity to complex challenges
If you enjoy connecting the dots, simplifying the complicated, and helping teams work smarter—not harder—this could be a great fit
What You’ll Do
- Partner with business owners to map out current and future processes, use cases, and value opportunities
- Work with tech teams to turn business needs into technical requirements and capabilities
- Make sure solutions align with business goals and are scalable and efficient
- Write clear documentation—initiatives, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Help plan and run user testing (UAT), including test scenarios and execution
- Support training, change management, and go-live activities
- Encourage the use of standard processes and tools; flag customizations only when there’s a strong case
- Capture regional needs and make sure they’re factored into global solutions
How You’ll Spend Your Time
- Leading discovery sessions and turning strategy into actionable plans (30%)
- Analyzing and improving business processes (25%)
- Collaborating with stakeholders to align on priorities and impacts (20%)
- Writing and managing requirements that support design and development (15%)
- Supporting testing, training, and rollout to ensure smooth adoption (10%)
What You Bring
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar certification is a big plus
- Agile, SAFe, or Scrum certifications are also helpful
Experience
- 6–8 years in business analysis or consulting, with at least 3 years leading large or cross-functional projects
- Experience in consumer goods, retail, or branded manufacturing is a bonus
- Familiarity with system implementations and global transformation programs
Skills
- Strong understanding of business process design and systems integration
- Experience with Order Management, Inventory, B2B/eCommerce, and Pricing strategies
- Skilled in tools like Jira, Confluence, Aha.io, Visio, and Lucidchart
- Great communicator—able to explain complex ideas clearly to different audiences
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to guide teams through change
- Bonus points if you’ve worked on projects involving AI, automation, or digital transformation
