Senior Associate - Release Train Engineer (RTE)

Lead the Customer & Field Service Experience Agile Release Train, executing technology roadmaps, managing IT programs, and enhancing stakeholder experiences through Agile methodologies.

We are seeking a highly motivated Release Train Engineer (RTE) to join the Customer & Field Service Experience Agile Release Train (ART) within the Service Experience Value Stream (VS). The ideal candidate has deep experience delivering large-scale technology roadmaps (>$10M annually) and a strong understanding of customer service technologies. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives that enhance the customer, field service, and agent experience.
You will drive execution of a multi-year roadmap focused on delivering innovative, modern technology solutions that elevate stakeholder experiences and achieve tangible business outcomes.
What You'll Do:
• Develop and execute delivery roadmaps aligned to Value Stream objectives in partnership with Product and Delivery Leads.• Lead PI Planning and coordinate delivery across multiple Agile teams to ensure alignment with business priorities.• Manage cross-ART dependencies, risks, and issue resolution to enable seamless execution.• Collaborate with Architects and Centers for Enablement (C4Es) to ensure efficient sequencing and cost-effective delivery.• Implement and uphold Agile and SAFe practices to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.• Track and communicate key delivery metrics, KPIs, and progress updates to leadership.• Foster strong collaboration between business and technology to promote transparency and alignment.
What You'll Bring:• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale IT programs with multiple workstreams and complex stakeholder environments.• Ability to influence without authority and drive results through collaboration, clarity, and accountability.• Expertise in the SAFe Agile framework, including facilitation of large-scale planning events and workshops.• Strong financial acumen and experience managing multi-million-dollar delivery budgets.• Commitment to advancing Agile maturity and fostering continuous improvement across teams.
Required Skills:• 5+ years managing enterprise-scale IT delivery portfolios with strong stakeholder management skills.• Deep expertise in Agile and SAFe frameworks, including estimation, financial planning, and dependency management.• Strong analytical, organizational, and planning abilities with adaptability to evolving business and technology domains.• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Skills:• Certifications such as SAFe 6.0, Agile Delivery, or equivalent.• Experience in customer service, CRM, or field service technology environments.• Proven leadership across cross-functional or multi-ART initiatives.• Demonstrated ability to innovate, problem-solve independently, and manage expectations effectively.
Pay Transparency
Salary Range: $121,000-$172,500
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
