This person will be responsible for performing month end close duties, administering worldwide treasury functions, maintaining the worldwide tax/compliance calendar, ensuring reconciliations and record keeping policies are adhered to, and other critical accounting projects considering TeleSign’s growth.

Responsibilities:
• Record and help review month end journal entries including accruals, prepaid expenses, fixed asset depreciation, deferred rent/revenue, internally developed software, payroll, and intercompany transfer pricing
• Perform, maintain, and help review balance sheet reconciliations for multiple subsidiaries
• Prepare and assist in review of monthly balance sheet and income statement variance analysis
• Ensure proper adherence of internal controls to maintain the integrity over financial reporting
• Help manage worldwide financial statement audit request lists
• Provide proper recordkeeping for other various audits that may come up (IRS, 401k) and other potential requestors like tax returns and provision
• Assist with the preparation of worldwide consolidated financial statements as well as international statutory reporting in multiple jurisdictions
• Support worldwide accounting operations include accounts payable/receivable, payroll, employee expense reimbursement, tax filings, and financial system implementations/improvements
• Writing, maintaining, and updating policy and procedure documents

Requirements:
• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be a self-starter, excellent problem solver, flexible, resourceful, organized, process driven, and have a high degree of integrity and ethics
• Intermediate to advanced excel
• Calendar and deadline driven
• Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Superior written and spoken communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 3+ years of related experience (ideally 2+ years in public accounting: attestation/audit)

Preferred Qualifications:
• CPA a plus 
• Experience with cloud ERP software, especially NetSuite, a plus
• Experience closing multi-subsidiary books at a fast-paced company
