Conviva is seeking a Senior Account Manager to help manage and grow some of Conviva's largest media and entertainment (M&E) accounts across their video streaming business and digital applications.


What Success Will Look Like: 

  • Own expansion opportunities and renewals for top strategic media and entertainment clients.
  • End-to-end management of the account.
  • Spend time onsite in addition to supporting the customer remotely.
  • Set the overall strategy for the account and partner closely with your technical colleagues to expand the products the client utilizes and grow account revenue.
  • Ensure the customer is happy with the products and services from Conviva with support from your account team.
  • Develop strong and long-term client relationships with key leaders within groups such as Operations, Product, Engineering teams.
  • Manage the contractual negotiation and execution of contracts.
  • Map out the organization of large and complex media and entertainment accounts with multiple brands, groups, and stakeholders within it.
  • Act as the customer’s first point of contact and liaison between customer and internal teams for key initiatives.
  • Organize and lead customer Quarterly Business Reviews and key meetings.

Who You Are & What You've Done: 

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales and/or Account Management at a leading technology company selling enterprise technical solutions. Experience selling analytics, big data or application analytics is preferred.
  • Successful record of sales and growing new product adoption and revenue.
  • Motivation to proactively deliver client follow ups and organize meetings that ensure a successful business relationship with the client.
  • Comfortable multi-tasking, independently prioritizing tasks by business impact, and working collaboratively with an internal team.
  • Drive to learn about Conviva’s new products and our customers business goals.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills.

*We prefer candidates located in New York City, Los Angeles, or the San Francisco Bay Area, though qualified candidates from other U.S. regions will be considered.   

The expected On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this full-time position is $220,000 - $350,000, which includes base salary and variable compensation, plus equity and benefits. Compensation is determined by various factors such as qualifications, experience, relevant education or training, and work location.
