Your primary focus will be designing, developing, and deploying high-quality, scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform that directly drive our Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy within a high-velocity SaaS environment.
This role is for a strategic thinker who functions as both a coder and an architect. You will design and build Salesforce to be the high-performance backbone that connects our entire Go-to-Market (GTM) engine (Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance), directly enabling us to sustain our hyper-growth trajectory and achieve our mission.

Develop and Innovate: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and JavaScript to build scalable solutions for complex business requirements.
Architect Solutions: Design and implement custom objects, fields, formula fields, validation rules, workflow, process builder, and flow, while judiciously balancing declarative and programmatic solutions for optimal performance.
System Integration: Develop and maintain complex integrations between Salesforce and external systems (e.g., our proprietary AI platform, marketing automation tools, data warehouses, and financial systems) using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
Data Integrity and Governance: Ensure the highest levels of data quality, security, and integrity, building scalable data models that support accurate reporting and analytics for leadership.
Collaboration: Work closely with the RevOps, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams to translate complex business needs and process maps into technical specifications and stable, scalable features.
Deployment and Testing: Manage code deployments across environments using industry-standard tools and enforce best practices for code quality, configuration management, and system testing.
Optimization and Scale: Proactively identify and address technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and architectural challenges to continuously enhance the long-term maintainability of the Salesforce platform at EvenUp.
What We Look For:
Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer or Consultant in a high-growth SaaS environment, with a strong focus on supporting GTM functions.
Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in developing with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Triggers, and Visualforce.
Platform Expertise: Strong understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits, best practices for performance tuning, and security models.
Integration Skills: Proven experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Data Languages: Proficiency in SOQL and ability to write efficient queries for large data volumes.
Certification: An active Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is highly preferred, or comparable demonstrated expertise.
Aptitude: A keen sense of ownership, urgency, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup environment.
