That's where you come in.

As Travel Specialist Esports (Contract), you'll working as a member of the eSports team in planning and executing Riot Games eSports events for Rioters, Pro-Teams, press, contractors and vendors all around the world. Here are some key things we are looking for you to do: hotel sourcing, negotiations and selections. In addition, room block management, F&B, air travel coordination and ground logistics selection, planning and coordination are equally as important. You will be involved with financial reconciliations and being able to drive and maintain within budgetary requirements as this is super important! A working knowledge of visas, passports and duty of care principles will some other areas you will be supporting. Traveling with our eSports team and being our boots on the ground helping Rioters with all kinds of things and situations as they come up. Being timble and quick on your toes is the Riot way.

You will:

  • Source, negotiate and hotel contracts for all eSports events around the global
  • Manage book blocks, meeting spaces, F&B
  • Reconcile travel booking with hotel room blocks
  • Coordinate airline tickets and flight schedules (not booking) will be handle to you
  • Organize and arrange ground logistics and transportation
  • Manage events within established budgets
  • Create and maintain staffing list for events
  • Work collaboratively with people from different backgrounds with different thoughts and ideas
