We are looking for energetic, highly motivated Territory Sales Managerto join Somabar! No experience required but having some Bartending/Restaurant experience a plus. You will develop, grow, and manage the relationship with our customers. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Working from our Westwood, Los Angeles office (near the UCLA campus), this exciting startup role requires great presentation skills, people skills, and the ability to manage multiple clients at once. What you will do:
- Present, promote, and sell Somabar products to prospective and recurring customers
- Apply data-driven processes to convert customer leads through strategic cold calling
- Conduct educational remote product demonstrations (visiting 5-7 customers daily), as well as in-office sales demos
- Track customer experiences to ensure satisfaction, product delivery and pricing accuracy
- Maintain positive relationships with Somabar customers and uphold our brand
- Coordinate Somabar sales efforts with core sales and cross-functional team members
- Track product orders, sales activities, inventory, invoicing and expenses
- Achieve monthly and annual Somabar sales targets and objectives
Qualifications:
- Self-starter, problem solver and comfortable in a startup environment
- Highly motivated, analytical, and driven to achieve sales targets to scale the business
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to prioritize work, and perform multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent scheduling, time management, organizational skills, and comfortable working in a fluid environment
- Positively work well with teams, as well as independently to achieve market growth
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Enthusiastic to learn and grow professionally in a sales career
- Relevant college education preferred
