We’re looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to join Team Snapchat! As a lead member of the Sales Operations group, you will direct a team dedicated to increasing sales productivity by upleveling the capabilities of Snap’s global Sales organization. Working from our Los Angeles, CA headquarters, New York, NY office, or Chicago, IL office, you will partner closely with Sales Leadership, Product, Marketing, Operations and HR teams to bring out the best in our Sales organization and ensure Sales is equipped with the knowledge and capabilities to drive revenue growth.
What you'll do:
Lead the next evolution of Snap’s Sales learning ecosystem to empower Sales with a deep understanding of our offerings within the context of an ever-expanding and rapidly evolving product suite, sales narrative, and customer base
Manage major sales communication forums to curate inspiring and relevant content and develop our Sales organization’s culture and community
Partner cross-functionally to develop curriculum that reinforces consultative, solutions-based selling
Build upon our Sales Onboarding program, extending touchpoints beyond the first 30 days
Serve as a trusted partner to Sales Leadership, identifying learning needs of the Sales organization and scaling best practices
Develop creative solutions for trainings that incorporate unique learning styles, as well as time and geographical constraints
Build a team dedicated to step-changing Snap’s approach to Sales Enablement
Bachelor’s degree in a business, marketing, communications and/or engineering field
10+ years of experience in a role in Sales Enablement, Sales, Sales Operations, Product Marketing or related field
5+ years of experience working in Sales Enablement
Experience building or growing a team
Ability to engage audiences with energy, enthusiasm, and motivational delivery
Experience crafting compelling Sales curriculum/content (often in partnership with subject matter experts)
Strong understanding of Learning Management Systems and Knowledge Management Systems
Experience working with 3rd party vendors for Sales Enablement Tools and Training
In-depth knowledge of digital advertising sales
An approach that combines high creativity and empathy with being process-driven and fact-based
Experience coordinating initiatives that span multiple stakeholders, offices, and time zones
Proven track record for project management and execution, regularly initiating and driving projects towards completion with minimal guidance
Experience linking Sales Enablement initiatives to business impact through data and reporting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills suited for audiences ranging from junior sales teams to C-level leadership
Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a team of skilled individuals that delivers results
Ability to operate in changing environments with high levels of ambiguity
A passion for Snapchat and creativity!
