We're currently seeking a Shopper Marketing Account Manager to work with and support our dynamic shopper marketing sales team.

As our Shopper Marketing Account Manager, you will have the following roles and responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients 
  •  Provide client support across all areas of campaign execution, from kick-off to gathering assets, creative back and forth to launch, reporting updates and optimizations to final post-campaign reporting
  •  Work in tandem with sales counterparts to secure renewal business from clients
  •  Grow the account base and renew business through best-in-class client service
  • Coordinate campaigns from inception to live environment through organization of all elements and involving key internal stakeholders
  • Manage multiple stages of production timeline, create urgency and work with quick turnaround times and diverse client needs
  • Identify, reconcile and resolve discrepancies of incomplete information or assets
  • Communicate between all stakeholders and team members to take campaigns from inception through completion and reporting successfully
  • Understand client objectives, improve campaign success by analyzing campaign and effectively communicating optimization recommendations to maximize performance
  •  Present final reporting along with key performance metrics to support future partnership conversations
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure that all contractual obligations are being met with respect to client needs and expectations
  • Provide marketplace feedback and competitive intelligence to internal groups to improve and enhance product offerings
  • Work cross departmentally for issue resolution when needed
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high client satisfaction levels
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner

 You will have the following qualifications and skills:

  • 3+ year experience at digital media/ shopper marketing agency or company
  • Proactive and hungry to learn in rapidly changing industry and business 
  • Demonstrated record of success in account management with proven ability to renew and grow existing accounts
  • Superior verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
  • Thrives under pressure, creates urgency when needed, sets realistic expectations and consistently meets deadlines
  • Must be detail oriented and possess strong analytical skills
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment 
  • Works well independently and in a team environment
  • Must have superior prioritization and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and Google Sheets and Slides
  • BA/BS degree preferred
