Who you are:

As a Senior Salesforce Administrator for Currency Capital, you will be a direct point of contact for users and teams who require configuration and maintenance of Salesforce applications, as well as advanced reporting and training. You will be a technical project leader required to configure solutions that are highly valued and maintainable on the Force.com platform, in addition to maintaining integration of various business systems for our Saleforce.com environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about their work, self-motivated, detailed oriented and have an excellent problem-solving ability. They will deal with ambiguous problems, taking responsibility for finding a solution to complex problems. Above all, they will have fun and enjoy solving difficult business problems while being a key part of a highly productive team.

Required skills:

  • 3+ years of Sales Operations experience
  • 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
  • Ability to work with a globally dispersed team
  • 2+ years of experience develop in Apex and Lightning Platform
  • 2+ years of experience with Marketo
  • Understanding the sales process and the support needs of a sales organization
  • Administered highly customized Salesforce environments
  • Advanced Salesforce Administrator Certification, and Technical Architect Experience preferred
  • Capable of Developing and Documenting System Configurations
  • Experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Excel Connector, etc)
  • Experience with advanced security configuration of the force.com platform
  • Proven success in developing, deploying and driving adoption of business processes
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and time management skills
  • Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users

Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or related field and experience
  • Creating and maintaining documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and help-related materials
  • Data Cleaning, Data De-duping, and Data quality assurance
  • Ensure the adherence to leading practices for configuration of Salesforce
  • Ensuring timely delivery of reporting and data needs to each functional team of SFDC users
  • Knowledgeable and prior experience with relational databases, data modeling, and ETL tools
  • Experience developing specifically for service cloud and lightning communities
  • Experience managing, triaging and resolving user submitted issues via ticketing system(s)
  • Experienced in Designing of Dashboards, Reports, and Workflows
  • Experienced in writing Visual force and Apex classes and triggers
  • In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of Force.com
  • Lightning experience preferred
  • Provide advanced administration and end user support post-go-live
  • Results-oriented individual with a focus on delivery of a high bar and strong organization skills
  • Skilled at taking in user requirements and turning them into actions
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills
  • Experience with JIRA, Monday
  • Supporting development and management of automated business processes, reporting, data integrity and training of SFDC users
  • Understands and has used Change Management Processes on prior projects
