CreatorIQ is hiring a Senior Manager of Sales Enablement to help define strategy and planning, and create efficiencies that increase the productivity and effectiveness of the Sales Team.
The Senior Manager of Sales Enablement will work proactively with senior management to identify business challenges, prioritize these challenges, define the scope and approach for the solution and execute those activities. The role is responsible for leading and driving the execution and continuous improvement of the Sales program.

What you'll do:
- Drive excellence and consistency across our field sales team, increasing productivity and decreasing the time to field readiness
- Develop a deep knowledge of a buyer’s journey; help Sales team to obtain the necessary tools, knowledge, and content to meet and guide their end-customers throughout the various stages of their journey.
- Continuously educate and reinforce our sales motion/methodology with our field sales team to drive maximum effectiveness in the field
- Responsible for building and maintaining full-cycle onboarding & training programs for our new and existing field sales team members
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Solution Consulting to synthesize marketing briefs and distilling them into sales-ready resources including value propositions, messaging and battlecards
- Continuously assess current skills, knowledge, and processes and collaborate with the sales leadership team to identify areas for field improvement development
- Own the planning and execution of QBRs, team meetings and ad-hoc sales team events, as needed
- Evaluation of sales enablement metrics and KPIs and driving to achieve those desired results
- Regularly meet with frontline management to understand field reality and leverage data to supplement decision support
- Develop cadence to meet with cross-functional stakeholders on key sales team initiatives and drive project plans to meet goals and timelines
- Maintain repository of field artifacts including customer stories and loss debrief details
Who you are and what you’ll need for this position:
- 5-7 years of experience in Sales Enablement
- Background and/or experience working with influencer marketing
- Knowledgeable of sales fundamentals
- Experience in sales enablement, revenue-facing roles, sales training, or sales support, and a demonstrated knowledge of best practices, methodologies, and technologies in each of these areas
- Experience working with Sales Enablement, Knowledge Management and Learning Management platforms
- Ability to work effectively cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing and Revenue operations
- Experience in executing change management initiatives with established approaches
- Experience providing comprehensive sales training upon onboarding and ongoingly
- Outstanding communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
