An Insider's view of Feedonomics

How does your team reward individual success?

At Feedonomics, one of my favorite principles is “play with purpose”. We’re curious & love to share the “whys” of nearly everything. The accolades, respect, & gratitude used to reward successes do not deviate from our cultural norms. When you do something great, you’re going to hear about it and you’ll know all the reasons why it was meaningful.

Yasemin

Senior Director of Product, Platform

How do you collaborate with other teams in the company?

We use shorthand in email subject line to quickly announce the urgency of the email. Many of us were remote before the Pandemic, therefore, we are experienced at communicating via email, chat, and meetings. Most team members have calendar set to public and our Feed On Principals help us let go of Ego and focus on the problem. We win together.

Joshua

Account Executive

What does career growth look like on your team?

Feedonomics is proud to mold our leaders and promote from within. We invest heavily in peer-to-peer mentorship and sponsor fees for technical certifications. Working at Feedonomics you will find opportunities to participate in Lunch-n-Learns, Hackathons, and Mob Programming! We also include leadership training opportunities.

Nathaniel

VP of Engineering

How do you empower your team to be more creative?

My team is empowered to be creative and think outside the box most when I demonstrate that I trust each individual team member. Encouraging open communication and allowing each team mate the time and opportunity to actually think, brainstorm and intentionally change things up, leads to the richest levels of ideation and creativity!

Stacy

VP of Global Operations

What are some social events your company does?

In addition to using video calls as much as possible, we look to have a good mix of virtual gatherings, stemming from informational to silly. Last year we had over 120 virtual events! These have ranged from Pet O' Clocks, Sound Baths to Ask Me Anything with Feedonomics leaders. While we may not be in the same place, we feel connected to one another
